A judge has ruled that Indianapolis City-County Councilman Jeff Miller can have custody of his son while he's being investigated for child molestation charges. A judge granted a motion Friday to lift a no-contact order that was issued late last month after Miller was first charged with child molestation. A Hancock County judge had issued a total of five "no-contact" orders against Miller on November 27.
