We're going to take a short dive into this very instructive Evans Gambit, played by the legendary Bobby Fischer in 1963 vs the American psychologist and strong chess player, the University professor, Fine Reuben. We understand that white is sacrificing two pawns for a massive lead in development and attacking opportunities. Combined with the black king's bad position on the center, namely e file, it could definitely pay off big time for the white pieces player!
