Police tell FOX News Digital that the driver who crashed his vehicle into a parked SUV that was a part of President Biden's motorcade has been charged with DUI.

The collision occurred on Sunday night close to Biden's Wilmington, Delaware, campaign headquarters.

When the accident occurred, the surrounding roads were blocked, according to the police.
