Chapter 4: Enchanted Woods: Larry and Johnny’s Descent into Darkness

As the boys venture into the forest towards the mountains, they catch occasional glimpses of the wulver trailing behind. They pay little attention, finding him quite pleasant. As night descends, with hunger, fatigue, and a lack of familiarity with this unfamiliar terrain, the realization dawns upon them that they are lost and clueless about finding their way.
