Part 4, The construction and launch of victory ships take center stage, accompanied by Mayor La Guardia presenting awards to wounded merchant seamen. Part 5, General Hugh Drum and Admiral Andrews participate in an Army-Navy charity horse race at Belmont Park. Part 6, South American military experts visit U.S. land and air forces. Part 7, U.S. soldiers and nurses arrive in Australia, and planes, along with antiaircraft guns, engage in battles against Japanese aircraft.
