Ukraine has admitted that its shortage of artillery ammunition will continue.

And with a major military aid package stalled in US Congress there have been dire warnings about the country's long-term ability to win the war against Russia.

Ukraine's Deputy Defence Minister General Ivan Gavryliuk has said however that funding will continue.

But he added that Ukraine is making plans to increase its domestic military production.
