Rush Limbaugh - Key Dem Precincts Wait Until all of the Votes are Counted to Release their Results

Have you noticed places like Broward County, Florida; Detroit, Michigan; Philadelphia; Northern Virginia, Milwaukee - all Democrat strongholds - that they all wait until all of the votes in the rest of their state are counted before releasing their results? - As if they are waiting to see how many more votes are needed to win, and then fidning a way to come up with them. Also note: When Mitt Romney ran in 2012, he reportedly received literally ZERO votes in the City of Philadelphia - is that even possible?
