It is unconstitutional to apply the Uniform Commercial Code internally, and the UCC is controlled and regulated by UNIDROIT. UNIDROIT also controls and governs insurance, franchising, motor vehicles, and a host of other things in America. They can ONLY use the Treaty making power externally.
