Its true losing fat weight is never going to happen by eating less and certainly not by training more and eating less. All you can do with that is reduce your metabolism and lose muscle tissue, and energy, and get soft snd much less toned! Be wary about knowledge that everyone preaches for the proof is in the pudding as they say. If doing less was so effective then wouldnt most everyone falling that principle be in amazing condition??? Think about it!!!
