Today we're making a homemade Speculaas!
I absolutely love the chrismas time and what's better than baking some cookies?! These Dutch cookies are mostly eaten around Sinterklaas but if you change the shape you can also make them during the christmas holiday. I absolutely love these!

Ingredients:
Butter =190 gram
Light brown sugar = 225 gram (you can also use dark brown sugar. The molasses type of sugar)
Lemon zest = 1/2 lemon
Salt= 1/2 teaspoon
milk = 45 ml
flour = 400 gram
speculaas spices = 3 1/2 tablespoon (or use gingerbread spices)
baking soda = 1 1/2 teaspoon
