On March 24, 2023, officers were called to a domestic disturbance in La Crosse, WI. Dispatch informed them of an intoxicated male involved in altercations with his girlfriend. The individual has a significant criminal history and tends to undergo an extreme personality shift when under the influence of alcohol. Eventually, officers found him as a passenger in a vehicle and instructed him to exit, but he resisted and was uncooperative. According to online records, he’s been arrested 14 times since 2019.
