The journalist @anasjamal44 documents what happened in Kamal Odwan hospital after the withdrawal of occupation forces from the area in the north of Gaza city.

The occupation forces buried tens of patients and displaced people alive after their tents were run over by excavators in the Kamal Adwan Hospital.
