Arena was once a bustling farming community on the plains of North Dakota. Struggling with the dust bowl and the Great Depression, the residents gradually left. The one roomed school house closed in 1961, but the town held on until 1996 when its Post Office closed and Arena officially became a ghost town . Join us as we explore the unusual remains of this once quaint township.
