We know we live in the season of the Lord's return. The signs Jesus and the prophets said to look for are all around us. We're witnessing the birth pains Jesus warned about, and He said when we "begin to see all these things happen," we can be sure He's right at the door - our salvation draws near.

But does that mean we won't experience some of the birth pains as the Second Coming nears? Does that mean we won't suffer during these dark times?
