Dr. Philip Oldfield, Retired, Clinical Biochemist, Immunologist explains how the current variant of Covid-19, BA.2.86’ has 13 mutations of the spike protein and will not respond the booster. Therefore any booster a pregnant woman would take would not be affective against the current variant.
