Italian Health Minister Roberto Speranza has become the first world leader to face multiple murder charges over the millions of deaths caused by mRNA vaccines.

Roberto Speranza is basically Italy's version of Fauci. Every country had their health leaders well versed and in Lockstep with all the other murderers.
