She hung up, so we got the city manager, her boss

been having issues with the Marshall's and how they park in Norwich. no cops, no one, but these guys can enforce these laws on them? makes no sense sounds like a game of passing the buck off. it shouldn't be this hard. they act like I just woke and decided to check it today, no seve been on it for over a month. they also made up some lies about "possibly having a handicap pass." which was bs. The guy doesn't check over there. Let's see it he does now. but I don't have much hope. the fact she hung up on me and refused me service for swearing during my grievance is insane. she should be fired if that's how she feels and acts. I'm sure we could get someone a lot nicer in there that will actually do their job. lmk what you guys think
