We're going to Troublesome Creek. No! It's not a new Netflix show. Although there is a creek...and, some say, a lake. (I think of it more as a pond.) But this little development about 25 minutes south of Lynchburg Virginia, in Evington (Campbell County), could be a great spot for you.

The lots / parcels are between 1 acre and 5 acres in size. The houses are a variety of big and small...10 plus years old...and brand new. The exteriors are a mix of brick, stone, siding, or a mix of those. It's a peaceful! And only about 25 minutes to downtown Lynchburg. Around 20 minutes to Liberty University and 30 mintues to the University of Lynchburg and the Hospital.
