Traffic speed cameras everywhere but yet fails to protect bikers. Recent fatality.

I took my nephew to get his driver's license last summer. by the time I got to under the shade of a tree, his exam was over. I told the instructor, no wonder no one in MD knows how to drive. But what they do instead- lets place traffic cameras everywhere.

I got hit recently by someone who doesn't even speak English so how did they pass the writing and driving exams? in their native language? I am living in Idiocracy.
