Slimming Ginger and Lemon Tea

Ingredients:

1 liter of water
1 piece of ginger (about 5 cm), peeled and sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 teaspoon green tea
Mint leaves to taste (optional)
Natural sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions:

Boil the water in a pot.
Add the sliced ginger and lemon rounds to the boiling water.
Let it simmer for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the ginger and lemon to release their flavors.
Add the green tea to the mixture and turn off the heat.
Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain the tea to remove the ginger, lemon pieces, and tea leaves.
If desired, add mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
Sweeten to taste with a natural sweetener, if preferred.
Serve hot and enjoy this flavorful slimming tea!
