Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah dies at 86

The emir of oil-rich Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah, has died, after three years in power. He was 86.
