Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Sugar 1 & ½ Cup
-Water 3 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Badam (Almonds) 100g
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 100g
-Akhrot (Walnuts) 100g
-Phool Makhana (Fox nuts) 50g
-Dry milk powder ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) warm 1 Cup
-Instant Chocolate Protein Powder Mix 2-3 tbs for each serving

Directions:
-In a frying pan add sugar, water & cook on very low flame until sugar melts or is caramelized (do not stir).
-Add vanilla essence, mix well & remove from heat.
-Carefully spread caramelized hot sugar over silicon mat & let it cool down completely at room temperature.
-Break it into small pieces & set aside.
-In a frying pan add almonds, cashew nuts & dry roast on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add walnuts, mix well & dry roast for 2 minutes.Let it cool.
-In the same frying pan add fox nuts & dry roast them for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.Let it cool.
-In a grinder, add roasted fox nuts, roasted mix nuts & grind on pulse to make powder.
-Add prepared caramel crunch, milk powder, cocoa powder & grind well.
-Strain the mixture with fine strainer & let it rest for 10 minutes to remove excess heat & moisture.
-Instant chocolate Protein powder Mix is ready. (yield: 800g)
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 month (shelf life).Keep in refrigerator if weather is warm.
-In a jug add lukewarm milk,prepared instant chocolate protein powder mix & mix well.
-Cover & let it rest for few minutes & serve!

-Frying pan may cheeni, pani daal kar dheemi aanch par itna pakayen k cheeni pighal kar golden or caramelize hojaye.
-Vanilla essence daal kar mix karen or choolhay se utar len.
-Ehtiyat k sath garam caramel ko silicone mat par phaila den or achi tarah Thanda karlen k hard hojaye.
-Ab isko tor kar chotay tukray karlen or alag rakh den.
-Frying pan may badam, kaju daal kar medium flame par 3-4 minutes tak dry roast karen.
-Akhrot dal kar mazeed 2-3 minutes tak dry roast karen or nikal kar thanda kerlein.
-Isi frying pan may phool makhanay dal kar 3-4 minutes tak dry roast ker lein & thanda karlen.
-Grinder machine may roasted phool makahana,roasted nuts (pulse par) grind kar k powder karlen.
-Ab is may tayar caramel crunch, dry milk powder, cocoa powder daal kar mazeed grind karen.
-Is mixture ko fine stainer ki madad sa strain ker lein.Instant Chocolate protein powder Mix tayar hai. (Yield: 800g)
-Is mixture ko airtight jar mein 1 month tak store kia jasakta hai (shelf life).Mausam garam ho tou refrigerator mein rakh dein.
