Nov 29, 2021 Filmmaker attended Perth Magistrates Court only because of bail conditions signed under duress in custody at Wembley Police Station after the Claremont Showgrounds' arrest.

In court the Police Prosecutor was standing 6 feet away from me at the same bench seemingly unable to see or hear me. I was quite worried she was mentally unwell or possibly suffering a TIA.

After refusing to identify himself multiple times "magistrate" Mr Stockdale broke the agreement we had when I entered the chamber and abused his authority and my rights by revoking bail and I was taken back into custody, strip searched and jailed for a number of hours before being bailed once again under duress.
