Rep. Norman: It'll take a ‘monumental effort’ to boost Biden’s approval ratings

Representative Ralph Norman (R-SC) says he doesn't see how President Joe Biden walks back the destruction he’s let happen in our country and at the border over the last three years. “Cognitively, he’s not all there.
