Ratchet Obscura?? Astro Wobble Head Ratchet Review #tools #diy

In this video we look at an unusual pair of ratchets from Astro Pneumatic.
The 9716 & 9717 'Wobble Head' ratchets.
These ratchets were very short lived before being discontinued.
They used a unique spherical gear ratchet mechanism.
The gear was completely exposed to allow dirt to get in.
We'll take it apart to look at how it works.
