Ryan Shazier Carted Off the Field After This BRUTAL Head First Tackle

In a game that is definitely known for being aggressive, Monday Night Football was brutal on another level last night! In the Steelers 23-20 win over the Bengals there were 3 big hits, but the one that left many people shook, is Ryan Shazier. Shazier went to make a hit on Bangles wide receiver Josh Malone. Ryan lowered his head and lead with the crown of his helmet and immediately grabbed his lower back when he hit the ground, and was immediately transported to a trauma center.
