Biden speech on drugs completely incomprehensible

Joe Biden has declared war on drugs. Or has taken quite a lot. Or not enough. Maybe it’s something to do with the prices being too high, or not high enough. But one thing is for certain… actually we don’t know how to finish that sentence.

Biden was giving a speech on drugs (phrasing intentional) at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Maryland where he was attempting to evacuate words from his brain in the form of a speech on prescription drug price gouging. It was at this point the drugs wore off/kicked in. ‘Taxpayers already are chipping in, making paying a lot of money for that here at NH’s to get these brilliant scientists to go out and find cures, find an answers to a drug problem to to drugs for with the use of drugs for health problems.’
