3 Exercises to Improve Eyesight: Natural Eye Health Qi Gong_2

However, some people find certain eye exercises helpful for relaxation and reducing eye strain. Here are three exercises that are often suggested as part of natural eye health practices:
Palming:
Sit comfortably and rub your hands together vigorously to generate warmth.
Close your eyes and place your palms gently over your eyes, without applying pressure.
Ensure that no light enters your eyes. Relax and breathe deeply.
Visualize total darkness or a soothing scene.
Continue for a few minutes, then slowly open your eyes.
Eye Rolling:
Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight.
Look straight ahead and slowly roll your eyes in a clockwise direction for about 10 to 15 seconds.
Then, switch to an anti-clockwise direction for another 10 to 15 seconds.
Repeat this exercise a few times.
Focus Shifting:
Hold your thumb in front of your face at arm's length.
Focus on your thumb for a few seconds, then shift your focus to an object about 10 feet away.
Keep shifting your focus between your thumb and the distant object.
Repeat this process several times.
Remember that these exercises are not a substitute for professional eye care.
