If you have a small local business and you want to grow your business it's imperative that you're active on social media pushing out content and reaching customers. Traditional marketing can be extremely expensive and isn't always effective, it's also hard to track the ROI on marketing dollars spent since there are generally no tracking mechanisms offered in traditional media.
