The September 11 Attacks - Andrea Star Reese's footage (editor's cut)

This video contains the files « Andrea clip_1A.avi » to « Andrea clip9.avi » which have been released to the public by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). I have added additional footage of most probably September 12th, which was released through NIST FOIA #09-42 request, and which is not available on NIST's cloud server.

The cloth has been visible since the beginning of the clip, but now the moving human arm can be identified;

»» 30:53 »» The famous 'waving woman' on the 94th floor, who is believed to be Edna Cintron, has moved her body again @ 09h42:59 a.m., after she had been standing there without motion for about half an hour. She miraculously survived the impact, when the left engine missed her by a few inches, also the fireball, and was then trapped at her position. She can be seen in other videos at least until 10h15 a.m., albeit from afar, and she most likely went down with the tower at 10h28 a.m.. I didn't see anybody jump from her position during the final minutes, (Cindy Weil's continuous footage);

31:32 »» Shot # 9 : bonus footage, most likely of September 12, including early clean-up operation of what used to be Building Seven.

I verified all times in EDT through synchronization of the audio track with CNN's live coverage, and also with Cindy Weil's footage, which itself I have synchronized with CNN, as well as, in part, with WPIX and WNYW. Time uncertainty is within 1 second.
On a personal note : viewers who are familiar with 9/11 research or who have seen similar videos elsewhere on the internet may notice that I'm using a different Time reference system than the U.S. government or researchers either directly or indirectly affiliated with them. I'm exclusively using the official time in the United States, and it is provided by the United States Naval Observatory (USNO) Master Clock. Back in 2001, it was broadcast thru the Digital Time Code of NIST's WWV /WWVB radio station.

I refrain from digital image manipulation. In my opinion, any so-called 'enhancement', as observed in similar video creations elsewhere, is tampering with evidence. I consider this video document as material evidence in the disaster investigation. My objective is to use as much raw footage as ever available for a highly authentic document, and to avoid edited material if possible. I also conserved artifacts 'as is', and the FOIA patches which I may use may have encountered earlier compression losses.
However, I adapted all footage to NTSC standard (SD), doubled the frame rate to 59.94 fps (60000/1001), and tried to restore the audio, if possible, when necessary. Though working with, whenever possible, uncompressed footage, Rumble is using their own encoding service and compression standards.
