The Expected Rainfall from an atmospheric ocean reaching inland from the Pacific Ocean is likely to drop a foot to 18 inches of rain!

Damage from the flooding will cost an estimated $100 to $200 million to fix the infrastructure!

Flooding is expected through the end of January! The pacific coast has had more than a dozen atmospheric oceans hit various parts of Washington, Oregon and Northern California!
