MSI error 2203

This video describes how to find out what is causing the error, and how to solve it to allow the installation. Can potentially serve as a way to find out the causes for other errors. Something i noticed is that this was not a permanent fix for me, i had to do the same thing for every install i wanted to do. It never got fixed until i reinstalled windows some time later.
