Opossum Catch & Release

This little opossum kept creeping into the hen house and stealing eggs. He was breaking them and eating them right in the laying boxes.
Luckily, all my chickens roost up high so there was no harm to them. Just irritated hens.
I have never had an opossum harm one of my chickens in 45 years. They don't want to hurt anything. They eat tons of ticks.
Opossums can make dogs sick if they pee in their water.
It's best to not let them in the henhouse too...lol
