Tonight, I’d like to talk about Christmas, and because I’m bipolar, I know how mental illnesses impact the way we experience this holiday season. I'll share how I celebrate the sensory experiences of the season. I hope it will encourage you to remember that if you struggle with bipolar, depression, or anxiety, I’m with you. I want you to be happy. You deserve it.
