Charlene Herbst Faces Town Council in Pickering Ontario

Charlene is an inspiration to us all. Both Charlene & Lisa did AMAZING!! Lisa is on the town council. They got the Clerk & Solicitor to admit a bit about the legal structure of "municipalities". It sounds like these are just PPP Agreements!! Contracts - not a legal entity.
