The simple mechanism works by flipping up the top section of the window and then extending the bottom, which folds out with railing on both sides, forming a tiny balcony. Magic!

Unfortunately, there is one downside to it, and that is the fact that these windows can only be installed on homes with certain roof angles, so it’s not adjustable for everyone.
