Israel has continued its bombardment of the Gaza Strip despite intensifying international calls to reduce civilian casualties and address the mounting humanitarian catastrophe. Reuters reports that in central Rafah, in southern Gaza, at least 24 people were killed after an airstrike hit two houses. There was no immediate comment from the Palestinian health ministry or the IDF.
