Luke Combs was not aware that Nicol Harness was sued for 250,000 because she sold 18 tumblers for 380.00 that she created with his pictures on them, Nicol never received notice of the law suit because it was sent through email and landed in the junk, and she even had her amazon account with 5,500 frozen because of the judgement against her on the law suit 🙁

Luke Combs said that type of lawsuit is for mega corporations that sell illegal merchandise for millions not his fans, he apologized to her, donated double the frozen money to her giving her 11,000, will create his own tumbler donating that money to her, and wants to meet in person to apologized once again, he assures everyone his fans mean the most to him and he would never be "that type of person" to take advantage of his fans 😎
