Paul Murphy - caustic re-write of Bob Dylan classic, 'Positively 4th Street'

The reason so many child abuse cases happen in the pUKe is that nobody in 'authority' does anything to stop them. Within my lyrics here are not one but 2 GPs [a husband and wife, by the way], 4 social workers, a family court judge [shown in court 2 broken toes and emaciation on a 7-year old and ignored them] a church child protection worker ["oh what a shame, thanks for calling"] and 2 school child welfare officers ["we have seen nothing to give us cause for concern" "I can email you a photograph of the black eye he has this week if you like?" "Oh there's no need for that."
