RFK Jr. Helped Save The Hudson River By Fighting Invisible Subsidies

After decades of lawsuits spearheaded by me, the Hudson River is once again full of fish. But virtually all of the fish in the Hudson are contaminated with toxic PCBs. When polluters evade liability through legal loopholes, they get a hidden subsidy that encourages environmental crime, rather than deterring it. As president, I will protect the environment by forcing polluters—not the taxpayers—to pay for their cleanups.
