Doctor Who Just Broke Its Own Rule!

Doctor Who has recently broken one of its oldest and most fundamental rules. While it can be thrilling when a long-standing pop culture property breaks a rule it has set for itself, indicating that something interesting is about to unfold, sometimes it can be dull and self-centred, unfortunately, in the case of Doctor Who, it seems to be the latter.

How long will it be until we see David Tennant return as the Doctor to assist the new Doctor, considering that the show's ratings and viewership numbers will be suffering? They cannot rely on their usual tactics like using "Ist's and Ism's" as they have overused them.
