President John Magufuli of Tanzania gave this brilliant address to the people of Tanzania in 2020, highlighting the inaccuracy of PCR tests as a diagnostic and telling them not to be afraid. A few months later, along with about ten of his highest ranking team, and around the same time as a number of other dissident African leaders, he was dead.
