Search and rescue crews will remove car from Kern River possibly linked to missing woman

The Kern County Sheriff's Office has located a vehicle in the Kern River Canyon that may be related to Lisa Harvey who has been missing since April 29, 2017. When KCSO arrived at the location they found a submerged vehicle in the river nearby on Thursday, Nov. 30. At the time they located the vehicle it was too dark to continue the mission. When they arrived the next day they determined it would take a substantial amount of manpower and tools to pull the vehicle back up.
