Guyana President Irfaan Ali has lashed out at Venezuela claiming that the South American nation can't stake claim to any region under Guyana. Tensions have been mounting between the two nations over the oil-rich Essequibo region. Irfaan Ali further said that he is ready to discuss anything with his Venezuelan counterpart Nicolas Maduro but not the border.
