(Triple) Regency Time in Rio

Same as in Britain as well as I believe in other countries, in Brazil, in which a Monarchy ruled from 1822 to 1889 with Brazil already being an independent country (and I have already made a video about Brazil's independence and posted it here, we also has a regency era in Brazil. Though I think that out regency era was far less romantic and far more turbulent, especially when compared to Britain's regency era when all those wonderful romantic novels came to be.
And this video is precisely about how the regency was established in the first place, and composed by three regents at first.
