This product not only arrived quickly but I needed something that was able to fit my son's head. I found large and small ones but these were able to adjust great. They are extremely comfortable for him and sound cancelation has been astronomical. When he is using them all he can hear is what he is doing and nothing else. The wire for the headset is perfect it is long enough for him to plug in and comfortably sit in his gaming chair. It isn't insanely long where he is tripping over it which is great too. The headset lights up exactly how it is pictured and we know he is gaming from those lights. He can hear and speak clearly with the microphone and he has no issues so far. He loves how clear the sound is and how he can speak clearly. These are a 12 out of 10 honestly. They have been absolutely amazing. No glitches no defects and shipping were super quick.
