Why Does Etsy Have EXPENSIVE Pictures of Children With Pizza?

It was recently discovered that Etsy was selling digital artwork of children and pizza for thousands of dollars. These downloadable pictures were costing between $4,000 and $30,000 and they were very much in demand. What exactly is going on here?

If you remember something that happened to a similar site a few years ago, Wayfair, they had a similar oddity happen involving extremely costly cabinets and names that matched missing children. Wayfair claimed it was just a hoax, so it will be interesting to see what Etsy has to say about this very odd find.
