2. Sleeping in a colder environment: As research suggests that when you sleep in an environment of at least 18 Degree Celsius, you are going to burn 7% more calories while sleeping.
3. Drink more water: When you increase your water intake, it’s gonna suppress your appetite, help in processing food and fluids in your body, and will help flush out the retained water in your body. Thus, helping you look leaner.
