NARCISSISM is a personality disorder, affecting roughly 0.5% of British people (or 1 in every 200 people). It is extremely rare in true-life. However, STICK-POKING which is a mimic of the stock narcissistic model is COMMON.

How do we separate the two? How do we know when to totally avoid a person, because they are narcissistic - or when to forgive them because they were just being a Stick-Poker at that time?
