DRG means: Diagnostic Related Grouping
SMSA = Standard Metropolitan Statistical Area

The Hospital, the Hosptial Laboratory Pathologist and medical attending physician conspire to select the DRG CODE which pays the MAXIMUM.

Pretty simple math. This is a dishonest, unethical, dystopian system of tests, drugs, and treatments.
